After seeing the car online, called in to look at it on a Saturday. Adam was too busy to offer a test drive.
Made an appointment to test drive the next week but then was told the day before that it wouldn't start.
James then contacted me a week later to say it had been sorted and after arranging a test drive the day after, he then emailed me the night before to say that actually the car had been sold!
Having visited for the first time this morning to collect my Volvo following some repairs, I was very impressed with the showroom and maintenance facilities.

As to the work completed, on my initial drive following collection, I am very impressed that I can feel and hear the effects of every piece of work completed.
The price of the repairs may be more than an independent garage, I am satisfied with the attention to detail delivered by Volvo specialists to agree to the premium.

We bought our Volvo back in October last year and went through the part exchange process with Harwoods.
