  Booked my car a month in advance for a same day service. It got till 4 o'clock and still hadn't heard anything so I phoned them up and they said my car was just going in and wouldn't be able to collect till tomorrow. This was frustrating as I had already arranged transport.
  
  My car still wasn't ready in the morning and hadn't been serviced yet. I was able to collect my car at 1 the following day and I had to chase up the status of my car. When I asked about why it was delayed they said they would give me a call the following day when the person managing my service was back but I never got a call.
  
  When I next took my car out I noticed a crunching sound when doing a full wheel lock. After taking a look the panel under my engine was hanging off. This isn't something I would expect to see just after a service at a main dealership.
  
  I had to spend a fortune on taxis all week to get to and from work until my car could be seen.
  
  It was reattached at no additional cost but I no longer trust the customer service, getting my car seen on time or any of the work carried out as my car was not left in a safe state.
  
  Strongly avoid, very disappointed.

  Buying our car from Harwoods Jaguar Chichester was straightforward, had great customer service, and even delivered the car to our doorstep. One of the best experiences we have had. The car looked spectacular was so happy with the service they provided so thank you!

  I would highly recommend Harwoods Chichester. We went car shopping last weekend, and of all the show rooms we visited, Jake Linfield @Harwoods in Chichester was not only the most welcoming, but also listened to what I liked and disliked in a car and offered his expertise and advice. One week later I picked up my new car! Again all the staff in the show room were most friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

  Great experience at Harwoods picking up our new Jaguar. Jake was so helpful and thorough in going through all the paperwork and the car features and nothing was too much trouble for either him or Dan the sales manager who was also around to make sure we were completely happy before driving away. We have bought several cars from Harwoods and had them serviced there over the past 15 years and always had good professional service.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! TERRIBLE!! NO STARS!!
  
  Terrible experience from this place. Constant lies and terrible customer service. Had 3 litres of water in the boot with damaged electrics, was told on first visit that their experienced technicians had looked for hours but couldn't find a leak.
  Second visit was told that the leak had been found within 30mins and it's a common problem! 50mm of sealant and two new plastic vents - £466, on top of the £2500 for the damaged electrics.
  Third visit, to get the work done, price had gone up to £3600, when i complained and said what the hell is going on, the lady reduced it instantly back to £3K and said 'we can do it for that'!!
  Every visit was painful. The car at one point was returned to me with the boot completely empty (shell with all wiring and battery etc exposed) and our belongings left on the workshop floor for the weekend.
  It was just a terrible experience. I felt ripped off and lied to. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Another person came in whilst i was in there, complaining about all the same sort of things. I wasn't surprised by that point. We had all the face to face 'I'm going to call you and make this right' but nothing came of it. They will tell you want they want you to hear and rip you off.
  BE WARNED.
  
  Don't bother responding to this Harwoods, I'm hoping to never deal with you again.
