  I just want to say how much I appreciate what they did and make sure my car was as good as new , I also want to especially thank Neil sexton , he collected me from the nearly by station with no trouble and also helped me when their was a train strike when I dropped my car off , he got me as close as he could to my home so it was much easier for me ! His customer service was amazing . Thank you again to Neil and his team . If I decide to dent my car again I will sure take it back to you to get it repaired .

  My VW Golf went in for repairs to the bodywork and has returned looking better than new. The service has been good and the use of a courtesy car appreciated. I recommend Harwoods body shop for quality of repairs and customer service.

  Peter and his team at Five Oaks Harwoods repair centre were great !! kept me up to date with all relevant communication with regards to my repair. The repair to the body work on my car was excellent and the car inside and out was pristine after they cleaned it. Although it was an insurance claim, I felt the whole experience was seamless as they dealt with my insurance company direct. I was extremely pleased with the service I received, they were professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend

  My Mum had her car repaired here for an insurance claim. The staff were so friendly and helpful and even remembered small details about our situation. My father is in hospital and the staff asked after him. They were accommodating to our schedule and were flexible with timings. A brilliant service, we would highly recommend!

  Excellent service. It took some time to assemble all the parts for my repair, but the team kept me well informed about the progress. Car now looks ‘good as new’.
  
  My only slight ‘niggle’ was that the courtesy car had been previously used by a heavy smoker, perhaps they should try to operate a ‘no smoking’ policy for courtesy car use in future?
