  Found these guys as they collect and deliver from my office in Guildford. The delivery driver is always friendly, great service, no complaints.

  Been using this dry cleaners since moving into the are. Friendly service, reasonable prices and free collection and delivery when my order is over £20. Keep it up!

  Have been using Gem for 2 months now since moving into the area. Considerable cheaper then Trend and Johnson's Drylceaning and the service is polite and fast. No problem thus far.

  Extremely overpriced to begin with but then damaged a cashmere sweater, denied doing the damage and even refused to refund for the cleaning of the £200. In the same order, couldn't clean a mark off of a scarf and again refused to refund for the cleaning charge for a service we didn't receive. I got the stain out myself at home afterwards so it was their shoddy work!! When we went to discuss they were absolutely horrible - yelling and wouldn't return the scarf when asked as they wanted to yell some more. Horrendous service and zero care for customers. Look elsewhere if you care for your clothing and/or customer service!!

  Not good at answering telephone. Phone rings for several rings then goes silent.
