ANTE-NATAL
This class is £10 pay-as-you-go or £32 pay for 4 sessions, first session £8 pay as you go.
The ante-natal exercise and work-out class is every Thursday 7.15pm-8.15pm. The classes are held at K2 Crawley. There is free parking available.
Each class will start with low impact aerobic/dance style movements followed by toning/strengthening exercises for the whole body, finishing with Yoga style moves, relaxation and pelvic floor work.
All the moves in the class are designed to work around growing bumps. This class will improve fitness and strengthen the areas used in carrying your baby throughout pregnancy, allowing faster recovery after the birth and helping you to physically cope with the labour and delivery of your baby.
Coreworks (Mummy and Me PILATES)
Every Wednesday 11am- 1.45am
This class is £9 pay-as-you-go or £28 for 4 consecutive sessions.
During pregnancy our bodies are put under immense stress and strain.
Our posture, joints and muscles can change dramatically as our baby grows, causing mis-alignment and pain in various parts of our body.
Coreworks is designed to re-connect with and re-educate your body, helping you to heal and return to a stronger, leaner and fitter you.
Our sessions will concentrate on re-connecting your breathing to your pelvic floor and strengthening your deep core muscles as well as toning the whole of the body. Babie welcome.
MUMMY REBUILD- 4WEEK COURSE
Courses run randomly throughout the year.
This is the best way to re-build your foundations before going back to regular exercise. By incorporating the new way to train your pelvic floor and abdominals with Hypopressives we have seen amazing results in strength and waist reduction in just 4 weeks.
This is also a great exercise to do if your abdominals have not gone back together or you have stress incontinence or just dont feel quite right down there.

New mum health checks
We advise all new mums to do this as your first step back to exercise as it is individualised for the new mummys needs and ensures you come back to exercise safely.
A one hour consultation done on a one to one basis where we assess your posture, abdominals and general well being, making notes as we go to be able to offer you the best indivdual advice for you. Based on the information we take we will introduce you to some exercises that are safe for you. After the consultation you will be sent through a report on what we have assessed with guidance as to what is the best way for you to develop from here. For more details please contact us.
