  They always have good bargains. Kitchen stuff are very good but not too pricey. Especially discount seasons, never miss it!

  Would like to complain about MAC counter customer assistant. I really wanted to purchase the lipstick but could not choose between shades. Most of the girls were chatting to each other and I had to ask them to move so I can come closer to take a look. Another lady was doing make up, she opened drawers couple of times without even saying anything to me and hitting my leg faster than I could move. Finally when one of the ladies came and asked me if she can help me, I asked to try one of the lipsticks. As soon as I applied she even without looking was saying "yes very nice, beautiful color on you", but I did not like that color. She rolled her eyes and let me choose another one while turning to another lady and started chatting. I did not buy anything, because I felt really unwanted and unwelcome for staff who just waiting to pass the time until store closes. But common, it was 2 hrs before the closing. Will never come there again.

  Great large department store with loads of concessions. I bought a pricey designer handbag. I asked them to price match an online store and they AGREED! Great range and excellent customer service.

  More pricey generally than John Lewis (up the other end of the BX shopping centre) but always worth a browse as they have some different ranges of products. The make-up dept is great - particularly MAC - & the loos are the best in Brent X. Don't miss their 15 -20 % off discount shopping evenings in the run-up to Xmas!

  Went in with the intention of purchasing a microwave, wondered around the home/kitchen for a good 5 minutes with no one offering assistance. Had to approach a group of the sales associates who were just having a chat amongst themselves.
  Asked a female associate if they sold microwaves and was told quite bluntly and, to be honest, rudely, "no". I asked her if there was anywhere else that might sell microwaves (this being my first time in Brent Cross Shopping Centre). And again, very bluntly told "no".
  Went through the rest of the shopping centre, and low and behold I came across John Lewis, and what did they sell? Microwaves!
  Needless to say, this has left a bad experience for me, and I will never return here, unless it is to use it as a short cut from the car park to the rest of the shopping centre.

  I have been a female Italian customer for over 25 years. It is reprehensible that members of staff are so incompetent and rude with no training given how to care for customers. Many female employees hang around chatting to each giving no attention to customer's presence and needs. Exceptions are Polish girls working in ladies designers department who care, smile and provide good service. Complained twice to the management team, however no improvement in customer service until now.

  Received the worst ever service from concession Step2wolondon when tried to returned £69 boys school shoes because they started to fall apart after 1 month of wear. The assistant manager there is rude, unprofessional and aggressive in her manner. I have never been treated so badly. She refused even to give me her name to make a complain about her behaviour. I have been Fenwick customer for many years but definitely will never return there again.
