Ordered a double bed in early December; was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. In Jan we got a call from the delivery company to arrange a delivery. Then got a call from Feather and Blacks saying they would not be able to deliver until "mid February, so the 25th". (for starters that is not mid February). Come the 25th Feb i rang and asked about the order, they say it is still not ready but will 100% be by the end of the week. I ring again later in the week and it is still not ready and wont be ready to deliver until the Thursday of the following week (7th March). The service was so so poor and the people i spoke to in the store we borderline rude to me on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
