1. We are not a high street store, we run an online store.
2. We do not order things for customers, customers order themselves. They do so by informing us online of their request and then we process the order from the UK.
3. You need to know your size as most people do, failure to which we have provided a size chart for all our garments for you perusal.
4. The deposit you pay is to secure you order among others but also to reassure us that you really want the items you request. We incur considerable costs in the shipment of items from the UK to Kenya and for that reason the DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE.
5. Customers are advised to place orders for things which they are sure of and not for things they simply admire.

EXCEPTIONS


Your deposit is only refundable in a case where you change your mind before we dispatch the item or in case for some extraordinary reason you item cannot be delivered to you. In these cases we shall give you a FULL REFUND immediately such circumstances crop.


WHERE WE WILL NOT REFUND A DEPOSIT

1. Where we deliver the item as you ordered and you choose not to pay the balance in order to collect the item.
2. In case the item does not fit you. ONLY YOU KNOW YOURSELF! and as such you must pay attention to the size chart since our items will be accurate to those standards (UK Sizes)
