The Everest Spice Nepalese and Indian Restaurant occupies a superb position within the cutting edge Ebbisham Community Centre in the small Surrey town of Epsom. Serving both Indian and Nepalese cuisine, Everest Spice is committed to delighting its guests with quality food in a comfortable environment. Carefully selecting ingredients of the highest quality and authenticity, the kitchen team here use fresh herbs and specially selected spices, avoiding additives and colouring for an all natural taste of the Himalayas influenced by real home cooking. One of only a handful of eateries in the Ebbisham Centre, Everest Spice is sleek and modern in keeping with its surroundings, the spacious dining room decorated in pleasantly bright colours and furnished with modern seating with a hint of Asian style, the statement neon lighting popular with modern Indian restaurants present too. Service is always polite and friendly, the staff praised by visitors for creating a lovely ambiance night after night.
Everest Spice cuisine has been influenced by a very long history of various groups and cultures interacting with the Asian subcontinent, leading to the diversity of flavours and regional cuisines found in modern-day Nepal & India. The common thread that runs through most of our food is the use of numerous handpicked herbs and spices to create authentic flavour and aroma which makes our dishes stand out and have individual and unique taste. We don't use any colours or preservatives in our food.

We not just prepare traditional favourites, but exclusive and innovative recipes to meet your imagination; moreover we can customise your food as per your taste to give an inspired dining experience alongside more contemporary creations. Our food is prepared by regional specialist chefs recruited directly from Nepal, each producing their own specialties such as Vegetarian, Healthy option and Seafood menus, along with a selection of fine wines and many spirits, plus tempting desserts and beverages to make us the ideal choice for your special evening.

  After having some unpleasant curries in and around Epsom in the past six months of our stay here, finding Everest Spice on trustworthy Trip Advisor revealed the existence of Everest Spice in Epsom. It's not easy to find as its not on the high street but is accessed from the car park underneath or walking past Nandos from the rare entrance. This must be why I've walked near it a for some time and never realised it was there. As soon as you walk in you are warmly greeted by t...he host - I think his name is Anish or possibly Amish. What a huge personality he has, offering an warm welcome filled with delight that you have come into his Restaurant. You are wrapped in the warm glow of Anish's easy hospitality. He's an absolute natural. He strolls around the tables leaving in delight, warmth and conviviality in his wake. And now the food, the food was really excellent too. We had a steamed dumplings and and vegetable samosa to start - both delicious - and some popadums. Anish recommended a big bottle of Nepalese Gurkha beer to share and even though I do not like beer that much, thought to give it a go and really enjoyed it. The place is not very big - perhaps sixty to seventy seats - but at around 6pm on a Thursday night already had a steady stream of diners and people collecting takeaways. That is a good sign in my view. The main courses arrived - two super Lamb and King prawn dishes. The flavours were excellent and the preparation was impeccable. Our server was polite and friendly. You really get the feeling that nothing is too much trouble in this restaurant and the diner is put right at the very heart of the whole experience. What a super find. Good value, great food, amazing atmosphere. Lovely people.
