    Getting car and returning was fine. Upon arrival, received on the spot additional charge of £9 a day every day of hire because we would be going into the Republic of Ireland. This was not made clear before paying for rental, only found out when we see sign at the desk - bad form, won't be using again. Beware hidden charges.

    My friend used one of the other companies at this location and did not have to make any additional payments.

    Steer clear,Did not get deposit returned and probably never will,wont hire of these again thats for sure.

    Went to get car that my wife booked today should have got it at two o clock no one showed up till near three phoned the number we booked it on and was left on phone for ten minutes while they tried to get someone to talk to me when person showed up he said we had to pay 250 pound which we would get back no one told us this when we were booking left with no car what a mess this company is never book a car threw them not even a phone call to say sorry all there calls are recorded so pm not in the wrong they are

    I wanted to share with everybody the positive experience i had with hiring a car at the Europcar Londonderry airport agency. It was over the summer in August 2016 and I came to pick up our car. All our questions were fully answered about the different options for hiring out a car and the service was excellent. A special thanks to James and his colleague for being so helpful and explaining everything. These two employees are a CREDIT to the industry because a lot of employees are not interested in customer satisfaction but the customers wallet (management orders of course, but MANAGEMENT DOES NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS AND THEY DON'T CARE). Thanks again to James and his colleague who fully understood our needs and wants as customers and even phoned us up during our trip to find out if everything was OK. It is that kind of attitude that means you come back to a company and it's not complicated to do. So well done at Europcar That is how you do things and other car hire companies follow their example and dont let ripping people off be your main interest.
