One stop shopping for all your work wear requirements

Walked in today to purchase laces for some work boots.. conversation went along the lines of:
"Hi, do you sell laces"
"Yes, have a look and see what you need" - at this point the assistant presented a plastic tub filled with random laces.
"Do you know what sizes they are?"
"No, sorry"
So, ok.. I probably only wanted to spend about £5 in the store.. but to basically have to rummage through unpackaged stock to find what I need with no clues is not what I expected in a retail store..report this review
