  Detect2 has provided very efficient service when my ancient computer gave up. In despair, I called them on a Sunday evening, and James was talking through the matter with me patiently, giving useful advice. His confidence that my data can be recovered was very reassuring, and I knew immediately that my PC will be in good hands. The next day, he came to collect my computer, which was a great help as I do not drive. He investigated my computer and explained different data recovery options both in person and later on the phone. Very soon, he brought the computer back, and no delivery charges have been added at all. Furthermore, he showed me how I can access the recovered files, and also showed me a clever strategy for organising and backing up data, which he also provided in a written form as an email attachment, free of charge. I am very pleased with this service, and I fully recommend Detect2 to anyone.
