  On two occasions I have had a scone in the tearoom which have not been fresh ..I would expect fresh scones at 10 am . Staff very unhelpful and dismissive

  poor customer service, ordered product @15:07 for click and collect next day, drove home to find email stating it wont be delivered next day. at 15:28 , called customer services 5 times now and they refuse to cancel order even in this short time scale.
  
  call bank and they have told me that it can be cancelled but store need to do authorisation..~ refused to do
