  Food is great and very filling, good atmosphere when it's busy or quiet, great events on such as the quiz every Monday, open mic night, etc. Bar staff are friendly. Cosy place to chill out after a long day of work.

  I absolutely love this place! Great prices, great service and the staff are always polite and friendly. I have became a regular in this pub due to the amazing atmosphere within. The decor is amidst a change and the place now feels even more welcoming and relaxing. Food is very good with an improving menu and unbeatable prices! Love it!

  Barman kept telling us he had no change and sent us for pound coins only for him to then put them all in the puggy. When he didn't win he kept dipping the till for all the change to play the slots. Meant whenever we wanted a drink we had to go and get change. Pretty crap place to be honest.
  
  UPDATE: after review the manager looked into this further and took the appropriate actions. I have added another star for the politeness of the manager and as generally the place is clean and tidy and the prices and selection is good.
  
  I won't be intimidated to remove my review.
