Used this service to get the UEA. Waited over 40 minutes for a bus, arrived at work an hour late. Never again.

Can't believe you have stopped this service going into the city. As usual the people living at the west side of the A47 have to suffer!! I have not been shopping to Norwich since this service has closed. When will people in Norwich realise that Norfolk is a big place to live and we would like to be considered once in a while. I use to use this Park & Ride service all the time and it use to be brilliant and I recommended it to friends. I'm not prepared to drive half way round Norwich to park so now I internet shop all the time. Sorry Norwich but you don't get my money any more.

Great for getting to the University, regular bus service but can be a little crowded around 8am and 5pm but you can usually get on the bus. Friendly drivers too.

Ample parking yet on our return the lights were off! Not a good experience

Bus drivers are friendly and helpful and it's close to Longwater shopping area.

Great location for park and ride, however you can't walk to the location as no public footpath exists.

A fairly good service here. Sometimes the bus drivers can be a bit unhelpful especially when having not used the service much. Parking is excellent and on weekends is closed for boot fairs during the season. Very regular for student nurses as we travel to the UEA and NNUH for lectures and this caters both of those
