  We are delighted, once again, to sponsor the 81st Sea Scouts Annual Fireworks display in Limekilns. It is a fantastic, well organised event. Earlier in the week a post was shared here on Facebook and an email was sent out to our registered patients, giving the chance to win a family ticket to the display tonight. The names of interested patients were then chosen at random and tickets sent out. 😁 You can still attend the display tonight and purchase tickets on entry with mon...ey going towards the sea scout group funding. Wrap up warm, have fun and hopefully we will see you there! 😊🎆

  November is 'Mouth Cancer Action' month. We think it's great that there is a month dedicated to creating awareness of this disease. When our patients come and see us at Comely Park for their regular Check ups, we are not just checking that your teeth and gums are healthy. We are also checking your soft tissues (lips,tongue,cheeks and palate) This is something that we have always done and will continue to do. However, if you have any concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.

  Not long until the kids are back at school. 😃 We hope that they have enjoyed their holidays. It's nice to treat them, but it's important to make sure they aren't having too much sugar. Here is a wee guide on how much is too much. Keep an eye out for the sugar content on labels. The 'traffic light' labels on food packaging are a great way to check on whether foods are high/ medium/ low in sugars. 😁

  Here is an interesting piece on the history of Comely Park by Project Dunfermline. Such a lovely street and we are close to Dunfermline Town train station and the Public Park. 😊
