Had dinner here. Service was great, food was great, price was also prettty good (especially for the kids meals). Would definitely recommend.

Food was that bad, I am now sat in a take-away!!

Ordered the Camembert as a starter. It was RANK!!! Three tiny pieces of frozen cheese in breadcrumbs.
Nothing like what Camembert should be. Then ordered the Vegetable Tagine with chick peas. Was expecting a half decent plate of food, but what I got was a bowl of wet, soggy and cold vegetables!!!

Sent it back and asked for a plate of chips instead. This place is a disgrace to the chain. Some of the worst food I have ever had the misfortune of casting my eyes on.

There is a reason this place (I won't call it a restaurant) was the ONLY 'place' at Centre Parcs on a Friday night that was empty.

To the Management of this 'place'; come on guys , sort it out - how hard is it to make some decent food ?!?! You obviously cannot be f**ked with this place so sell it to someone who actually has some passion about food 😡😡😡😡😡

Food was a good quality and well presented. A bit expensive but then you are captive at Center Parcs..... smiley cheerful staff!

Very poor considering the cost.. 7oz fillet steak with just a few skinny fries... that's it! £23.95 Looked terrible when It came out and wasn't great. Most steak houses include a tomato, peas and onion rings or mushrooms. Much better places around at a better price with quicker service. Won't be going back.

Poor service, poor food- not enough staff, crepe au four looked like it had been microwaved "tasted like lasagna couldn't find the crepe"
Between the chef and the cut off meat they get my steak was a waste. don't know why they accept that delivery let alone serve it.
Duck was beautiful and it was for the birthday girl so that's what matters but a really shocking meal.

Good service and food - best with breakfast passes as it's expensive

Friendly service, but food very poor, average burger you would get better in a pub chain for half the price with a beer included in the price, dry chicken and cold chips albeit not many of them and poor kids meals. Really better off cooking in your accomodation and spending the money you have saved on doing activities that will make good memories.

Food was OK....... £22 for a 7oz fillet was a bit much for the quality. Staff are amazing and couldn't be friendlier 5/5 stars for customer services.

Visited for breakfast and was disappointed by the manner of staff who were rude to customers and disinterested in serving despite not being busy. This has been brought up to Café Rouge who have said that they will investigate further. This experience is contrary to every other branch I have visited previously, which have been very good.

Nice but felt a bit more expensive than the usual cafe rouge. Soft play area was good to have though.

Overall I love the waiting staff, friendly and were able to have a great laugh, especially our lovely waitress, Cydnee. However the company sitting beside us were tickling each others tonsils with their tounges as I am sure when reading this you can understand this was very off putting when we were trying to eat our food. We asked the staff for dessert menus but the couples behaviour proceeded until we were put off this. We explained that we no longer wanted dessert due to this couple and the waitress said she had asked the manger to polietly ask them to stop as they were scaring away the customers but he refused. As we left we spoke to the manager who was exstremly rude, not even looking up from his ipad to listen to us, we suggested that he asked the to tone it down as it was putting other customers off their food. He flat out refused saying how could they. What would it take for him to act? Maybe we should have refused to pay the bill for him to realise the problem, we could clearly see the disgust on other customers and staffs faces.
