Caroline & Bel take pride in preparing some of our favourite recipes plus a few inventive creations of our own.
We put on some lovely daily specials (examples of some of the specials on offer are Casseroles (Steak & Ale, Steak Mushroom & Red wine, Traditional Beef Stew) Chili, Lasagne, Homemade pizzas (choice of toppings) with fresh mozerella cheese, Speciality curries served with plain or onion pillau rice and naan bread, Italian meatballs with fresh fennel on a bed of tagliattelle in a rich tomoto sauce to name but a few

The emphasis is on supporting local suppliers wherever possible. Our bacon sausages and gammon come from The Bodmin Meat Co in Darite, The free range eggs come from Daveys farm at Trerulefoot and the wonderful whole bean coffee is supplied by Cornico in Wadebridge...they also supply us with the most amazing italian hot chocolate......which results in the most sumptuous, velvety smooth and totally self indulgent hot choc extravaganza.
