Had loads of dental work done here in the past 2/3 years. All of the dentists and the receptionists are super friendly, especially Dr Koutsiafti. I've had everything from root canals to fillings and teeth whitening and the price is very reasonable for the quality of the service provided here! Could not recomend highly enough.

I have never had such a strange and poorly done dental experience. The dentist briefly looked at my mouth and said everything was fine. I mentioned I had pain and I thought a filling came out. I pointed to where and they said it was a cracked tooth, and no big deal? Then just rushed me out the door as they set up for the next person. I won't be back.

I recently went to Bridge Street Dental Clinic to have my bi-annual scale and polish completed with Dentist Niki Koutsiafti. Overall it was great, quick and she has a very soft touch - I barely felt the scale and polish - I will be definitely going back. Thank you!

Whole family has been going here since it opened. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Resident dentist is a great guy and he explains everything thoroughly, he's great with kids and completely leaves you in control of your treatment and never pressures you. I personally haven't kept a steady dentist over the years but I make a point of going to my six monthly check up as this practice and it's staff cannot be faulted for anything.

I booked an emergency appointment at this practice in October 2015 as I had pain and bleeding in my gums. They agreed to see me straight away and agreed to fit me in at whatever time I could manage, which should have rang alarm bells.

When I entered the dentist surgery, the dentist told me to sit down and began to examine me, whilst continuing a conversation with the nurse about some new uniforms that they were ordering. He then dropped the bombshell, completely casually and unsympathetically, that I had advanced gum disease and that my teeth would eventually all fall out unless I had them cleaned every three months. Visiblly distressed and upset, I agreed to have this treatment along with anaesthetic injections.

When the dentist began to administer the injections, the nurse left the room and did not return for the duration of my appointment. Immediately after the treatment began, I was feeling terrible pain and alerted the dentist to this. He carried on and I experienced a panic attack. I was shaking, crying, and finding it difficult to breathe, so he said he would stop the treatment. At no time did he attempt to reassure or comfort me, or to be more gentle in his approach. He simply said that he would not give me any more treatment until I had been prescribed with a sedative from my doctor.

I was then charged £60 and tossed out onto the street. I had to phone my partner to come and pick me up, as I was far too shaken and upset to drive.

I have since found a dentist that is sympathetic to my needs and I am undergoing effective treatment. I did not feel, particularly, that I required any kind of special treatment until I visited this practicethe experience has scarred me for life!

Much better than my previous dentist. Can't recommend enough! Had root canal and didn't feel a thing.
