Boutique Bird was born in the autumn of 2010 and has been evolving ever since! The creative outlet for sisters Gabby Icke and Charlie Lyon has had many faces, in stores in Rye, East Sussex and more recently online at boutiquebird.co.uk.
Gabby has retail in the blood and has worked with high end clothing brands since her teens. Charlie studied at The Glasgow School of Art in the early noughties and has since been personally assisting television producers and the like whilst dreaming up enterprises such as Bird.
The Kent based sisters are constantly crossing swords about what should be trending in both fashion and homewares. Bird aims to bring a contemporary and eclectic mix of all genres of product, weekly edits will rarely be dull in this store.
