  Really good pharmacists and management. They offer advice and they never try to sell you anything you don't need. I came in wanting a high tech forehead thermometer for my newborn baby but the pharmacist said actually, in-ear thermometers were more accurate. I appreciated that she was more concerned with my son's health than upselling me, and honestly because I trust their advice I shop there frequently. I'm probably a high maintenance customer with all of my vouchers and online orders and multiple transactions but it doesn't seem to be a problem they are mostly nice about it. The staff are knowledgeable and smart as well as personable.

  Customer services take 4 days to answer email. The staff couldn't advise me on a product and made no attempt to try.
