The food service and price are absolutely gobsmackingly poor. The staff can not understand simple English, the bar tender was aggressive, the manager on the floor downstairs was sleazy the food was so overpriced and was extremely poor quality with the seafood being frozen! Would not recommend other than to maybe have an overpriced beer out the front in the summer time.

It’s a nice pub with passable pub food. A great location with great views and nice relaxed clientele make for a relaxing environment.

Like last year: Very good food at a very nice place. Recommended to all visitors of this beautiful island!!!

    That's what I wrote in 2016...

Now we are in 2017 and we have to rate it new with only 3 stars.
It's not like it was in the past... unfortunately!

We will try again... Maybe they had only a bad day...

Great location, food ok. Nice spot for watching the tide come in and re float the boats in the harbour next to it. Great service from a young Romanian girl who was tending the Bar. Who found us some food when the kitchen was closed. Then later we stayed for dinner

I visited during the day just before lunch to meet friends on Tuesday 17th January a cold day. I was standing there for 2 minutes reading a phone text had not taken my jacket off when a staff member asked in a rude manner if he could help me,I replied that I was on my phone I was not impressed by his manner. I have been to many eating places in the island and have never met such rudeness. There were only 3 people in the place to be frank I am not surprised ! I walked out and we all met up somewhere better for an enjoyable lunch .

Just had a meal with my wife for my birthday, and I ordered the fish and chips, well what on earth happened to the fish, I thought half of it must have jumped out the fish pan, it was truly the smallest fish and chips I've ever had, it was a child's portion at best, I had every right to question it as it cost me nearly £14.00. The manager told me that was normal for this restaurant, so if you are like me and enjoy proper fish and chips stay well clear of this restaurant, as you will need to end up in McDonald's to top up your meal.

I gave it a 2 star as my wife gave her chicken sandwich 3 out of 5 so I gave the average score.

    Staff where nice though.
