  Reception staff are lovely so friendly and welcoming. Dr lord is a fantastic doctor who takes his time to listen and treat you as an individual and not a number.

  this rating is based on one of their doctors DR KHAN and NOT a reflection on the rest of the staff at this practise. DR Khan clearly has NO understanding of Myalgia Encephalitis what so ever and continued to insult me with lack of understanding by referring to an ME relapse as "tiredness" he also refused to put on my sicknote pregnancy complications because my sickness has stopped even though on my notes it clearly states I am suffering sciatica/girdle pain where I am having to receive acupuncture treatment for releif. also suffering severe impaction and acid reflux. I am also continuing to take STRONG anti sickness tablets as there is still constant nausea without them it is thanks to a strong IM injection that the hospital gave me that stopped me from continously throwing up. and on top of all the above I have crashed in relation to me having a diagnosis of ME. I find the worsing CFS an insult as there is more to this illness than fatigue I..e in his case "just tiredness" he has no clue and needs to do some research of the illness before he judges!
