Excellent customer care and after sales service, with a wide selection of vehicles. Staff were friendly and professional, with expert knowledge and totally focused on customers needs. The guys in the Parts Dept are great, always willing and able to try and help, and are friendly. Not always the least expensive but genuine Vauxhall parts.

Repairs.. never the same day or week.. always a re-visit with having to chase parts and rebooking
They never call back when there are issues or parts ordered for repair work
As long as you have a Vauxhall and it never breaks down your fine, if it does need parts expect a very very very very long wait with no follow up from them
Go to Peugeot , better service better vehicles, and ,parts within a day or 2 with a courteous call, they will even keep your vehicle and extend a courtesy vehicle should it be needed
If I could give no stars I would, never buy another Vauxhall again shocking service

The staff here are very nice and accommodating but personally I am left very disappointed by the products.
Hot drinks and toilets are available free, two disabled bays out the front and free WiFi on request.
Sometimes the showroom may be over filled with vehicles so majoring in a wheelchair is possible although challenging if looking at new vehicles or being toilets.
We're great with my dad when his car packed up they give him a great deal on a car.would recommend to everyone.
