  I found the team very friendly and eager to help find solutions for my guest cloakroom. Richard was excellent and focused on finding options that would not overpower the small space. He was extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the various brands and the required aftercare to maintain the products.

  This is a first class and highly professional organisation. I went to see them with a problem that arose with my taps and rather than tell me I need to replace the entire unit which would’ve cost several hundred pounds , they looked at the plans and suggested i needed part of the unit only at a much reduced price. They indicated it would have to be ordered and it arrived on the day was due. I have no difficulty in recommending them totally.

  Toilet replacements
  The service from the start was very professional and Richard was extremely helpful. He ensured delivery was at a suitable and convenient time. Additionally, we had to swap an item as we had measured it incorrectly and straight away Richard ordered the replacement item so that it could be replaced with immediate effect
