I have been dancing for many years, which has always been a passion of mine!

My qualifications include:

* UKCA Level 2 Cheerleading Coach
* UKCA Level 2 Street/Cheer Coach
* Zumba Instructor (ZIN member)
* Level 2 Fitness Instructor
* Level 3 Personal Trainer
* First Aider
* Matron with full CRB

I aim to deliver fun cheer & fitness classes for all ages & abilities in a friendly environment.

  10-11am - Cardio Dance @ Cliviger Village Hall

  5:30-6:15pm - Fitmix @ Basics Studio

  6:15-7pm - Cardio Dance @ Basics Studio
