  Why do guests book a non smoking room then think they can smoke, guest arrived at 2pm, asked to leave at 5pm with a 150GBP extra charge. Room smells like an ashtray now.

  We now have a new online booking system, the old one was via booking.com this is our own run by a company called High Level Software. We have our rooms priced at room only with the option of adding our Award winning English breakfast at 8GBP per person to make our prices more in line with hotels.

  Just back from a 12 day cruise to the Canary Islands, a high of 25c in Lanzarote 1.5c back in York, still it is sunny in York today.
