  Very pleased with the service I received from Ben Rowlatt and his colleagues at Aston Martin Chichester. From the initial test drive through to the purchase and handover nothing was too much trouble for them and Ben has made sure that everything has gone smoothly at every step of the way.
  Any questions I had about the car were answered promptly and Ben went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with the replies and to keep me informed of progress during the whole sales process.
  Since handover, Ben has been in contact to ensure that I am happy with the car and to check if I have any queries with the operation of the Car. I am pleased to report that I am absolutely delighted with the car and no queries have arisen, thanks in no small part to Ben’s thorough handover of the car.

  100% perfect A* service from start to finish. Sent video of car inside an hour of first contact and great to deal with through whole process. Big Thank you to Ben for his constant hard work and contact updates.

  What a superb customer experience provided by Richard, prior to, during and after our purchase. We are absolutly thrilled with our new car and it was a lovely touch to receive an additional gift when collecting our car. We received a follow up 'thank you' video from Richard later that day and a call the following day just to check that all was well. Many thanks Richard and Ben!

  My 1st time purchasing an Aston Martin and while I had high expectations, I was delighted with the purchasing experience. Ben Rowlatt was my point of contact at the dealership and found him very attentive. All queries answered professionally and promptly, Ben was very happy to go the extra mile to help. Given this was a significance outlay it was important that I had the confidence and trust that should I have any questions or issues, Ben would be be on point to help. He is a polite and diligent sales person and was a pleasure doing business with.

  Ben Rowlatt was excellent from start to finish. I was honest when I visited the showroom and said the car was well over my budget and probably wasn't going to buy it. Ben wasn't phased and said just to try it and see what I thought. The test drive was amazing and I knew this was the car I wanted if we could make the numbers work.
  
  Ben's approach was very calm and non-pressured. Every question I had he was able to give me a really detailed and relevant answer. His knowledge of the car and the brand was extremely good. He spent a fair bit of time with me, back and forward with the finance team trying piece together a workable solution. Despite still being over my budget, I was sold on the car, Ben and the whole experience and went ahead with the purchase.
  
  In the days since, Ben has been in touch to see how it's going and also helped me set up the tracker. He even offered to drop the weather cover off at my house to save me the trip. The 5-years free servicing and extensive aftercare solutions has left me feeling like I have made a sound purchase for my enjoyment.
  
  One very happy customer and would totally recommend Ben and Aston Martin.
