Found every thing we needed. Exchanged a pair of trousers with no problem, very polite assistant. Worried about possibility of tills being closed in order to go self service. In our experience it just doesn't work . Overall a good shop.

People typically spend 25 minutes here?. Haha. It took me 25 minutes just to find the butter the other week. Surely you'd expect to find somewhere in the vicinity of other dairy products. At least you had some i suppose. There's always at least 1 item weekly on the shopping list that you don't have. Fortunately we have a conveniently named convenience store which doesn't run out of bananas or broccoli....

Large ASDA over two floors with George, cosmetics, electronics and seasonal upstairs. Decent parking but, as expected, busy at peak times over the weekend.

Avoid self-service tills at any cost. These machines at Greenhithe are badly caliberated, misadjusted and faulty. I have been using them near to two years now and hardly remember any time I had not got the annoying "sorry I did not recoginize the item, please scan it again" at least once for every 3 or 4 item I scan.
Even more irritating is the time given to put your scanned item down in a bag which seems to be set to mili-seconds or you get a wait for assistance alarm.
Staff are running around with a tag fixing issues, some even give you a face that I am doing you a favour so you should be thanking me, but what in fact they should be doing is to inform management to adjust the stupid machines. Are self till machines in every chain this sensetive and stupid? NO Can they be fixed by an adjustment and a software update? YES!

I feel extremely sorry for anyone suffering weak bladder problems. I popped into this store all the way from Bexleyheath as I had a job to go to at 7am, thought I'd pop in here as I'd been in here a month ago and do not know the area very well to know where there would be an available toilet to use.. Baring in mind that it was only 6.15 and this being the only place for me to go, asked the lady cleaning the cafe toilets if I was ok to go ahead to be told no, even though I'd explained about my issue, was still told no, as the cafe wasn't open, and didn't open until 8am. Thank you kind lady!!! Why exactly were the cafe doors open allowing public to enter. Shame on you. But thank you. Heres hoping I don't lose my badder in the car all the Way back to Bexleyheath leisure park...
