Had a procedure there and pain started to get worse and I phoned back because of it and they said we'll it's over a week ago so I have to phone my dental practice or emergency services to be attended to, despite given me a leaflet stating to phone their number if pain getting worse and also letting them know I am not registered with a dental practice. Just a big shame. So why give me a leaflet to phone back and yet refer me out to somewhere else to fix up asurgery you carried out in the first place.
How can a student get a filling if he doesn't have insurance? Do you have special plans?
The dentist that administered treatment was professional, understanding, none judgemental, and kind.
Had an emergency appointment Sunday 3rd September for toothache. I was seen by Magda and her assistant and they made me feel so at ease. I had to have the tooth removed and I am a very anxious person and they were wonderful! Really lovely girls! Would recommend them very highly
Had an accident today and were able to get me fixed up in record time and a good result, went from being a worst night mare cracking a front tooth to leaving feeling relieved and at ease and looking normal
What a wonderful facility this is with welcoming brilliant staff and students. It is such a happy environment with no rush to get you out for the next patient. I actually look forward to my next appointment.
Came in as an emergency patient on a Tuesday evening. The staff were so nice and efficient. Fantastic service!
