And Upholster provides step by step tutoring on how to restore upholstered furniture to its former glory while gaining skills relating to furniture repair. Courses are held in Birmingham`s jewellery quarter,courses vary from sessional to weekend, we also run weekly courses thoughout the year, depending on the time you have available and taking into account your project needs, our courses are tailor made to suit you. They have been running successfully since 2000 and you will be able to restore/upholster your items of furniture at your own pace in an open and relaxed atmosphere irrespective of your current ability.

We also organise an intensive course package which takes place in Belgium on a Dutch barge. This includes 18hrs of upholstery workshop activities on the barge over 5 days (Monday to Friday),staying at a delightful bed and breakfast on the banks of the meuse, visits to Brussels including the well known flea market where treasures can be found, a visit to one of the "art nouveau" areas of the city and a visit to a traditional Belgian micro brewery in the heart of the Ardennes valley.
