Martin kept me well informed after my initial visit to the showroom. Today I picked up my new car and as before he was very efficient and helpful showing me all controls. Nissan heathrow was very welcoming, had a lovely lady who was understanding and helped with any questions I asked. Would have no problems coming back here if I needed to in the future. Very happy with the service and the staff are friendly.
An excellent experience all round. All staff were extremely friendly and really looked after us whilst we waited for our car to be serviced. Mo and Kam were incredible and continually made sure I was kept up to date throught the whole process. Will definitely be back for another service soon and will recommend to friends and family.
Ancaster lived up to what we have come to expect of them. A good and efficient service. From contacting them to arrange a service and MOT, checking in, assistance with a courtesy car to the servicing of the car itself it always, you always feel valued as a customer, and they keep you updated on any work and cost that needs immediate attention or what can wait a bit longer. As we are due to change our car sometime this year, we were also impressed with with the information from the sales person, which is of great help when we come to make the decision.
