  Absolutely excellent service from Juan. Reserved a car online and even though showed as reserved my details did not go through to dealer, when I rang to query Juan answered and was helpful checking the details and understanding there was a system issue and helping find a suitable date and time (at quite short notice) for a test drive with the potential to buy on the spot due to the travel distance. Arrived to a warm welcome and car waiting for test drive, after some short checks I was out on the road test driving while Juan checked over our part ex. Returned happy with the car, happy with the price and happy with the part ex price offered, less than an hour all round and was on the long trip back home in our new car with a very happy wife. Juan was polite and a good representative for the company, the pricing is very competitive meaning a almost 6 hour round trip was more than worth it and if I was closer the team and facilities seemed excellent for servicing and repairs.

  The Best Dealership of any brand I have used. Booked my Kona here for a service as it was near home, everything from booking through to collecting the car was perfect, both ladies who helped me on arrival and collection were amazing and did everything to help me and explain all that was being done. I hope my next car is a Hyundai so I can go abck here, thank you to all staff.

  Recently had my 2019 Tucson brought here for repair under warranty following a breakdown. The whole Service Team were incredibly helpful and kept me fully informed throughout the entire repair process, including arranging a hire car so I was never left without transport. I will always be coming back here for all of my vehicle services and highly recommended anyone else do so as well!

  Just purchased a new Hyundai Tucson from Ancaster Welling. Great experience with these guys and especially Simon the salesman. Hopefully all future dealings with them will be just as positive.
