  It's a blot on Radisson brand. They should do away with this hotel. Else improve the standards.

  Overall à good hôtel. However, I faced issues with my payment with Mastercard. They don't accept AMEX. Mastercard cards is not guaranteed to work. VISA is the safest option here. Moreover, to authorize advance payment for the stay, they accept only VISA! Other than that, the stay was satisfactory.

  The rooms are spacious and cozy. Information is easily available. Smoking and non smoking rooms available. Picture perfect view. However for a first visit, l had to trace the room myself, which is not a good point on a customer service perspective.Also realised they do not provide body lotion, shampoo or any hygiene facilitators. The receptionist was a very friendly person.
