  Beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Staff is a little rude and incompetent. I went to the front desk to ask about parking and they immediately assumed I came down to complain about something. Next day I tried to get a shuttle ride back from Disneyland but they never answered the phone when I called. Then when they finally came to get me, they were looking in a different location than where all the shuttles stop. I had to take a taxi back to the hotel and requested that they pay for it. I ended up missing my train ride that was supposed to take me to the airport because they couldn't pick me up

  Absolutely perfect location, great service and quality rooms. For the price, you can fault it. Stay here instead of Disney... You won't regret it...

  The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The room was excellent. There is even a free shuttle service to the Disney parks!

  Beautiful and Clean Hotel .. lovely rooms and close to Disneyland Paris.
  I stayed in the Relais Spa hotel for visiting Disneyland, and you can reach Disney with in 3 minutes by car.
  Its Great and quite area.

  Perfect location to visit Disneyland and with a free shuttle service to and from the park, you can visit the parks and at the end of the day go away to a frankly serene hotel with great amenities. Staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly and will to put up with my dreadful french. The room had basic kitchen facilities which was very helpful and a supermarket is only round the corner.

  We stayed in a junior suite so twin beds and a double sofa bed. We noticed we didn't have enough slippers for the 3 of us we so called reception and it took an hour before we realised no one had brought anything up or at least caller us back. When we called again we were informed that they had apparently ran out which was disappointing. The shuttle service to DisneyLand was great. Please find make a note of the last shuttle that leaves he resort for the hotel.

  Very helpful staff, beautiful hotel with a lovely spa. They offer a free shuttle service to and from disneyland which is amazing and it's close to a shopping centre and the train station.

  Our stay has been amazing. On arrival no double rooms only twin, reception rang housekeeping to put double bedding on and attach the beds together. Shuttle to Disney is amazing and super quick (less then 5 mins!) Spa is lovely too. The best hotel I have stayed in!

  An absolute gorgeous place with amazing service. Started our Honeymoon here as a nice adult place close to Disneyland. We booked the Junior Suite with VIP services which were only about €30/night extra but it was well worth it.
  
  The concierge drove us personally in a nice Mercedes to/from any location within 5km. We were taken and returned from Disneyland daily (they also have a hotel van for shuttling to Disneyland for non-VIP guests) and they also took us to the local shopping mall for dinner. We just called for a pick-up when ready! Incredibly friendly and great service.
  
  Room was also great, the hard floors may take you back slightly but the room and bathrooms are very nice. Even had a dish washer so I could wash and return our tea dishes and room in the mini fridge for the pastries we bought back.
  
  Sadly did not get a chance to try the spa due to our short stay and busy Disneyland schedule (you'll need at least 2 days). Highly recommended for any adult getaways to Disneyland (only a few minutes drive in your personal car!)
