  Bar/lobby was a great experience. Hotel room was very adequate. Only gripe is that I was disappointed by the breakfast not being offered as complementary.

  Hotel rooms are clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Easy access to trains into Paris. Attended a conference and found the facilities very nice. Roissy en France is nice to walk around as well.

  I hate to rate them so low but its the best i can give for the experience. When we checked in the receptionist was great. All of the people were great actually. However, when we went to find our room we could not. Our room number appeared to be skipped. Turns out the rooms are separated by even and odd. Wasted a few minutes to figure this out. But here was the BIG issue that earned the 2. When we walked into our room there was an awful odor. It smelled like spray ontop of cigarettes. Keep in mind this was a non smoking room. We asked for another room and was accommodated. The second room was almost worse than the first. At this point we just settled and opened up the windows to air it out. This odor smelled of sex and sewer. What an awful smell. When we checked out we told the counter attendant. He apologized. Is this an issue with their plumbing? If so it needs to be fixed right away!
  Everything else was fine. Great food and friendly staff.

  Friendly staff and cozy rooms. Unfortunately the maids are too loud. Rent a bike at the Orangerie and get to know the beautiful Roissy village.

  I only had food here. Not the room. It has a very nice restaurant. Good choices. And good rates. Food is delicious especially the french fries and fresh salad. I noticed a big lobby area and lots of tourists.

  Clean, pleasant, lovely beds with generous pillows, bathroom with a deep tub and shower. Not too many amenities as far as food in the room, but a spa was available downstairs off the lobby. Not sure what the two women in white terry robes were doing sitting on the planters as we entered, butwho knows?

  Excellent spacious hotel with paid underground or outside parking and close to CDG Airport. Shuttle buses available. Very good indoor pool, with relaxation areas, sauna and steam room. Massage and beauty treatments (paid) available too. Efficient and friendly staff. Good quality food from restaurant. Highly recommended.
