  Teller services takes a bit of queuing time if you are coming in from 12 to 1pm especially if it's on Thursdays or Fridays. Serving time is quick though. Recommend coming in early in the morning or prepare your legs for some waiting and watching time.

  Pathetic/ Bank service received from nakasi branch . My wife ATM card expired and she payed $10.00 for new card which should be free and my visa debit card expired it is a year now i have not received . Shame on their services.

  Sitting in the suva branch nowthe new account section only has 2 people serving. They should know opening accounts take long hence get more tellers. Please learn from christchurch Westpac and improve service.

  Pathetic/ Bank advises me that my account is dormant and won't let me access it yet they continually charge the monthly fees. Notarized documents have been furnished yet it does not meet their requirements. Shame on their services.
