  This was my second visit to labasa and FNI.
  I was remembered by Saula and Shiu and all the ladies in the dining section.
  Few new faces such as Nikita and Wana were extremely helpful and friendly.
  Nikita went out of her way to help me with bookings and local information.
  Fantastic service! !!
  I have recommended my family to stay at FNI in May and Nikita has booked everything.

  Staff & Customer service - worst
  
  Staff doubled booked my room, at 1am one staff calls to take out the deco from my room and use it for another couple and they actually did.. lols they cannot afford another set of deco arrgg
  
  Following day I asked them to give me in written..I'm still waiting
