This place is full although and it takes time for them to look at patients from one to another. take for about it will take you half a day to get your checkup done.

This is NOT a private hospital it's just a private business driven solely by money that isn't matched by professionalism or care expected when going private.They do not follow ethical standard practises nor do they follow any basic medical hygienic and safety procedures when dealing with medications-no charts,no gloves when handling IV's and the list could go on and minimal parent/doctor communication on the issue and proposed solution.We got so worried we had to get Australian High Commission involved to investigate in order to finally get our son proper advise by them which didn't require surgery or medication as recommended at MIOT!!!!Do not be fooled.worse than ever.avoid if you can!!!!

Wait times for private hospitals such as these should not be long, MIOT is fast becoming known for keeping customers waiting for too long much like the neighbouring public hospital CWMH.

Waiting time is horrible. Came 30 mins before 10AM for a 10AM appointment and only able to see the doctor after waiting for 3 hours. Expect major delay every time (speaking from experience more than 10+ visits) ranging from 1-3 hours, mostly 2 hours, total waste of time. Clear your agenda if youre visiting this facility or itll mess everything. Weekend is the worst. Equipment wise, its actually pretty decent and indoor environment is clean. Staff is also friendly and helpful but it seems nothing can be done about the waiting time. Better bring a book on your visit.

patients are not diagnosed properly and taken to the theatre for surgery as the surgeons are more focused on money . families try to take their loved ones thinking paying big amount of money is recovering road and comfort for the family but little that they know the truth . some surgeons don't know how to read the scans properly and they take them to the theatre for surgery .
cases with cardiac arrest before surgery is operated on with out stabilising ,and patients come out in coma and paralysed .families are not notified till 2 days , i feel the truth is always unknown here. families bring their loved ones here for quick recovery but money is the first priority for this suva private . bad reputation so far what i heard from so many families . very sad .how can one have faith in hospitals like this .response / report this review -
