Do not dare to go near the Washrooms . the market in itself is wonderful with a variety of fruits and vegetables and as most of Fiji would have it amazingly friendly people usually around. The only reason why I'm writing this so low is that I wish that they would do something about public amenities like washrooms and taps which are disgusting and could do with some attention

The local Sigatoka market has a great supply of fresh fruits and vegetables. With the local produce from the "salad bowl of fiji", the market vendors are able to supply a great deal of fruits and veggies to the people of Sigatoka. Located in the heart of Sigatoka town, this market also has wheelchair accessible paths.

Visited the market on a Sunday morning and it was good to see variety of everything. Even though the shops were closed but the market area was well worth the visit. Very friendly vendors and for fresh Indian sweets it the place to go.

Fresh produce can be bought here. A wide variety to choose from. Also they have a fish shop selling lobster, crabs and fish. If you are looking for healthy and fresh produce sigatoka market is definitely a place to visit.

Great place to soak up some raw Fijian trading. Just be careful if the pushy sales people trying to sell you jewellery. The can get quite intrusive. Shop around!
