Sheraton staff excellent. Kids club brilliant.

Just be prepared to bring loads and loads of money as everything is super expensive.
Drinks, food, activities $$$$$$. Nothing thrown in for free here.
Even the water toys, kayak etc are extras that you have to pay for. other island resorts I’ve stayed at have all snorkeling gear and general water toys as part of the resort that can be used anytime free of charge.

Absolutely stunning resort and I’m not sure why people are complaint about prices because what else do you expect at such a venue? Great views and the waves softly lap the beach at the front of the bar where you can cool off between bars. Friendly service and great duty free shop also

Beautiful location and friendliness couldn't be faulted. Great facilities but starting to show age. Note that the beach alongside is not appealing for swimming. However there are plenty of great pools to choose from.

Everyone was so friendly. Great resort and so great that it links with the Westin for easy charge back. Easy walk to the other resorts. Restaurants were a little pricey but so easy to go to others close by so not a problem.

It is quite beautiful to stay with very friendly staff and great breakfast included. Did not know about everything being charged to room so we had to sign $1200 to credit card on arrival as refund will be given at end of stay. No way of keeping track of what is being charged to room. No one checks what room you are from so how do they verify it is your number. I feel it is expensive if we eat here all 8 nights!!!!

Very happy with this resort. Lodging was clean and tidy and we could see the sea from our room. Resort staff were friendly and payed high attention to their customers. Shops were all close by or within travelling distance by local bus. Overall, very nice. Would definitely come here again with family.

The Sheraton is a great option for those who do not have enough time to head to an outer island or down the coast. The resort facilities are great and we loved the selection of swimming pools. The rooms are very clean and light which made them nice to be in no matter where you were located. I would recommend a ground level room if you have any mobility issues as the stairs could be an issue. The ice machines are very handy to every room which made having a refreshing drink in your room nice and easy. The kids club was a hit with our friends children and they also recommended the babysitting services if you wanted to go out for an adults dinner.

Beautiful beachfront resort. It was a short stay but we had a great time. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The Flying Fish restaurant was a great experience. So was Ports O'Call.

Great place to go for a cocktail when you jump off the ship. Remember the locals don't earn high wages. Tips are not customary but they earn less than $5 on average. Beautiful local people, very safe and western feel. Resort village feeling.

We arrived at the Sheraton Resort on the 28th August early in the morning at 6.30 am and from the time we got there the staff were very welcoming and would go out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
Normal check in time is 2 pm but they took us straight to our room as they did not want us to wait for our room which was fantastic!
We booked for a Studio Room with ocean views and it was superb as the views were outstanding and the size of the room was large and the bathroom was modern and great!
The Resort was fantastic and had all the facilities you want as well as share the facilities of the adjoining Sheraton Villas and the Westin
The Restaurants at the Sheraton were very good and the Flying Fish Restaurant is situated on the beach and on our first day dining at the Restaurant they came and sang for our wedding anniversary
This would have to be one of the best holidays we had and we have been to a few places around the world and this would have to be up there as one of the best
Their biggest asset is their staff as they were warm and very friendly and nothing was a problem for them to ensure we felt comfortable at their resort.
Even on the day of our departure one of their staff took time to talk to us and also offered us drinks before we left the resort
If you are looking to stay at a great resort in Fiji do not look past the Sheraton Resort at Denarau Island Fiji.

All of the resorts in Denarau combine to make one giant tourist trap. The resorts are huge, guests number in the thousands, mostly retirees and families. The beach is not nice. The water looks dark and murky. The food is surprisingly bad. The bedding also leaves a lot to be desired. That said, the staff is very friendly. Bula's and smiles everywhere you walk. The weather - I am writing this in August - is great. The views are also beautiful, looking across the water to the many neighboring islands. And if you have kids it must be a nice place to let them run free and enjoy the swimming pools. Just don't expect much in the way of Fijian culture. And don't expect an amazing resort experience either. Keep expectations low and you'll probably have a good time.

My son and I had an amazing week here... Oceanfront room... Clean and tidy rooms... Wonderful friendly staff... Kameli one of the Activities co-ordinators was awesome with many older kids... We ate most breakfast and dinner at Feast as it's a buffet and son helped himself... We didn't want to leave...

The Largest of Fiji hotels... swimming on beach is NOT flash...but its a man made beach and you must get out to the island's to see good deep clear water..fish and coral life
Just a clinical large hotel designed to push the numbers thru.... Nothing special..but a nice pool and bar restaurant....

The restaurant PORTS O CALL was the most amazing dining experience we have ever had in all the world. The staff service was so friendly and genuinely personable. The food was personally prepared to our exact specifications and tasted amazing.

Worst customer service. Rude staff. Power went down when I inquired on the issue no compensation was offered. For a 5 star hotel very poor organisation. No hot water or food available. Not staying here again. Last stay was at Warwick and the experience was unbelievable. Maybe your staff could get some tips of them on how to be friendly. If I could give no stars for rating I would have.

We arrived at 1.30pm off coach transfer from another fijian resort, with to small children 3.5yrs and 6yrs. We were greeted and told our room was not ready until 3pm. It was raining and I asked if we could possibly be given a room that was ready, as the kids were ready for a nap. We were simply told no and we could sit by the pool in the rain!!!!. No extra effort was made as first timers. we swam without towels as were weren't sure where to get them. We were given the buffet dinner offer...but had to go back as they hadn't mentioned kids wristbands. The food was amazing!! No mention of kids club!!! the children could have waited there... Why I room was being made up. Overall very poor experience...wouldn't rush back .

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We stayed for 9 wonderful nights. Our room was always made up & a pleasure to stay in. Our time went way too fast. Today is our last day here & it's like leaving family. After breakfast, Seta & Mereoni had the traditional Fiji farewell sung to us. It was so beautiful I cried. Our flight home isn't until 6pm & the desk staff let us check out at 1 & arranged luggage pick up & a taxi to Nadi airport for us. Vinaka to everyone who made us feel so welcome.
