Great place to see what real fresh, organic farming looks like! Get the spicy peas from the first stall on the left, your mangoes outside, and long beans and spinach from the third stall on the left (just the ladies I love). All of the coconut oil is fantastic and look for Olivia, she'll adopt you the second you say hello!

It's bustling with market vendors, tourists, local shoppers and middlemen. At first glance, it seems lively! Don't get me wrong- you can get honey, tropical fruits and vegetables, handicrafts, juice, $5 meals and $1 roti parcels here and that's great but the only downside is that this is the most expensive market I've ever been to in Fiji. Not sure if it's because of the location, readability of produce, to cover transportation costs or targeting expats/tourists that live in the town.

So much color and vibrancy. The people were welcoming and smiles everywhere. We went in a Saturday (busiest market day) and spent an hour wandering the market. Found some fresh sea grapes (recommended by a local, prepared with coconut cream, lemon and chilli) got way too much bread fruit for $2 and took plenty of photos of the locals.
