Savala Island

  March 2017 we were on a cruise and booked a day tour with Oolala Cruises. The hosts, food and day tour was perfect. The island was plucked straight out of the magazine photos. Our hosts were entertaining for the hour or so 8 knot cruise out to the island. Morning tea and refreshments were served. Then snorkelling from the boat to the island or for some being ferry'd by tender was a great day. Lunch was plentiful and the education was interactive and fun. Well recommended and worth every penny. Feeding baby sharks after lunch and snorkelling, paddling and just lazing about was the order of the day.

  Great little trip this small island on the Whale Tale boat. Crew were extremely friendly and accommodating. Island very small, we were lucky only 20 people on cruise . Beautiful water, loads of fish for snorkeling. Glass bottom boat (of sorts) and power snorkeling all available. Some inclusive of fee, some slight extra . Recommend for fun day off the mainland

  Una piccola isola un po come ne ho visto durante la navigazione, però è molto carina e ben organizzata. Il fondale è pieno di coralli, di cetrioli di mare, di stelle marine blu e tanti pesci vari.
  Però ci deve essere un errore nel nome, perche esiste gia una Savala Island li vicino, stando ai dépliant della agenzia che organizza l'escursione e che la nomina come Schooner Island.
