We were called at 830am to discuss our medical reports today and to review the current medicine. Reception advised and waited for the dr De Asa Snr but only to find out that Dr De Asa came in late and then rushed of to a meeting so he couldnt see us. Reception seem to have no idea what was going on. Only when I insisted, Dr De Asa Jnr then saw us. The right thing to do would be if dr calls patient for visit and cannot attend, its their responsibility to get another dr to attend to patient. We pay good money for a better health services and that is what we expect.

The worst receptionist i’ve ever met in my entire life. Treat patients differently according to their looks and origins, no matter how sick you are, or your baby is, you need to wait as she decides who should get to see the doctors first, though some people arrive after you, they get ahead of you, as you might be from another country but you don’t have the same service, definitely not a smile. Loathful experiences in this clinic

Had my surgery done in this hospital. Service was too good with your own nurse beside you. Facilities are satisfactory. Doctor's were really kind and my surgery was successful. Thank you Nasese Medical..

My wife had her delivery done by caesarian here and her and baby received top notch medical care, with Sisters available for her 24/7. Baby was discharged on the second day and she was discharged on the third day.

very poor services, gives priority to patients related to staff members rather than those who have come in earlier with appointments. also, the doctors have to come out of their cabins and request the receptionists to send in patients as the receptionists are too busy on their mobile phones.

Fabulous efficient reception service - in spite of the large number of patients waiting every day, they ensure that we sign in and are seen in proper order. I recommend Dr Virgilio De Asa Junior (Dr Jay) very highly. His consultations are never rushed, he always ensures that I understand his diagnosis and his patient care is unrivaled.

Worst experience ever by a medical professional in my life. My wife got operated on by Dr. Nainoca and since has had to be taken to be re-opened and treated by the public doctors at CWMH. No medication, no antibiotics. In so much pain from the first time we called the clinic, we were told to go to CWM "because it is an emergency and we are closed". After paying 6K+ I would have assumed some sort of post operational care was included, not to mention standard practice of making sure your f*ckin patients are okay and get healed. DO NOT GO TO NASESE MEDICAL CENTRE.
