Great food, Nandos always hits the spot and was no different to Nandos in New Zealand .

The dine-in experience is not very pleasant though the staff are polite and friendly enough. The interior is need of an overhaul or refresh badly as it looks like it isn't cared for as a place to have a nice meal with family or friends. As a result I normally do takeaways, seems most of their customers do too, which begs the question why even bother being a restaurant vs just a fast food styled operation focused on takeaways.

Food was on par with any Nando's. Place is looking a little run down and is in need of renovation. Quite full at lunch time, so be prepared to wait a bit. But generally, it was an ok experience.

It’s good but could be better, food taste good sometimes, sometimes it’s amazing and sometimes it just burnt. The place does need to improve its interior lighting and air conditioning system it gets too hot and the back and there’s no lighting. I just feels like a outdated restaurant

Menu and quality of food is what you would expected from any Nandos. But the deco and seating kills the experience, paint peeling, seats uncomfortable and ventilation a problem. Better off to order takeout.

Food quality has gone down the drain..chicken size is probably now number 10,it's evident from the previous experiences at nandos laucala bay. I don't know much of the owner situation but it is nowhere as good as before. chicken is no longer succulent and basting is dry on it. To make it worse the nandos sauce is now replaced by tomato ketchup and only other option is extra hot at the time we were there. No Peri seasoning salt so no option other than old style chips.

However the waiting time is now shortened, lots of serviettes available at customers reach unlike before where one was handed out for each customer.

Very basic ambiance and standard fare. The ventilation is poor so you'll struggle to breathe well amidst all the frying etc.

Great Portuguese style chicken, good range of sides - chips and salads. Staff are always friendly and best of all it is licensed.

Prices are a bit steep for some, a whole chicken flame grilled plus chips and sides will set you back about $40-$50 not including drinks. Great for a start to a night out or dinner with friends.

I love their food as it is a healthier and tastier twist of fast food. Conveniently located with ample parking. Good is almost always good but does falter at times. Slightly priced for the quantity. Needs hygiene supplies for hand washing.
