Excellent place to get your locally grown vegetables,root-crops and fruits. You can also find fish,freshwater mussels and cooked seafood dishes. For those wants to socialize with locals or try to taste our traditional drink,there is a special place in the market where you can find out how very friendly the locals really are.

Beautiful displays of local tropical fruit and vegetable produce. Not very big but you can also find roti and Curry and other things to eat like cut up pineapples and watermelons.

Likely to spend no more than half an hour as it is at the end of the day a fruit and vegetable market and not much more else to see.

Great place for buying organic vegetables and crops supplied by local farmers. Variety of vegetables, local fruits and root crops as well as seafood and plants available at reasonable prices.

Like a farmer's market but everyday or perhaps a better explanation would be of all agri food group under one umbrella. A good market to visit and safe as well. Recommended for tourists. The place is very crowded on weekends.

Great market for getting local fresh produce. Be careful of imported food, as it will only have a day or 2 shelf life before it becomes uneatable. Try the (ripe) green bananas as they are sweet and delicious.
