Because they have cheap workers, they have cheap management, cheap treatment, cheap plans to retain foreign multilingual employees. Very professional for the client. Not professional at all with employees.

Mindpearl Fiji has over a thousand staff. They have a gym, a cafeteria, volleyball court and a lounge area thats called the four-nations. Awesome staff and great management team 👍
