  quite a nice coastal walk to a small waterfall. entrance fee high, but the locals were so friendly it was worth it !

  Amazing landscape, beautiful jungle and if you are lucky you meet some locals to talk as well.
  There are several river crossings nothing more then knee deep but you will get wet.
  The pool at the end is deep and full of fish. Climb up to the left waterfall for jumping.
  30FJD entrance per person (12/2017) to get there or back to Matei 60FJD , bus 4isch

  If you drive to Lavena village (4WD vehicle recommend) at the end of the road on the east side of the island, it's very easy to find the beginning of the coastal walk or where the boats leave from. We took the boat option which was FJ$140 for the boat and guide to visit both waterfalls so is quit cheap if visit in a group. I believe it is F$25 to just do the walk. The second waterfall is only accessible while the tide is up so factor this in to your visit. The first waterfall is excellent for swimming at and is a 15m walk from where the boat drops you, give or take depending on your fitness.

  Nice costal walk through the Fijian nature! You can swim under the waterfall at the end!
