I had a Chai Latte at this shop and it was perfect. Surroundings are clean and modern but it was a bit hot and the music was pretty loud. I think that the music is controlled by the Tapoos store.

Hygeine problems. I have been sitting here for a while watching the manager (?) dipping his used cup into the ice machine for ice. How do you spell Hepatitis?

They are sometimes too slow! Twice I waited for my order to about 30mins for a chai latte. Staff are otherwise friendly.
