Three hour wait to simply drop off an application for a work permit. Ridiculous. Was especially helpfully when all employees take break at the same time. And if you want to be rude and just cut in front of everyone that has a number before you, that is acceptable here.

I'm very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service at the Department of Immigration in Suva. I've had to go there three times over the last two months and every single time I've always left with a clear solution in hand. Their queuing system is efficient and the office is comfortable. Every staff that has handled my query or case has treated me with great respect and genuine care. 5 stars to them without a doubt.

I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this email of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution. very poor assistance from few of the staff, i was calling in regards to permit and they kept on transffering my call everwhere and they end up hanging up on me, very rude in communicating.
